We will be discussing Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. This classic novel appears near the top of lists of most-loved books among scholars and the reading public. The story follows the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, as she deals with issues of manners, morality, education and marriage in the society of the landed gentry in 19^th century England.
